Padel Stack
Padel Stack is a mobile application for the padel community, available on iOS. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide when using our app.

padelstack@gmail.comAccount data — when you register, we collect your email address, first name, and last name. These are required to create and identify your account.
Optional profile information — you may choose to provide additional information in your profile: a username, location, bio, playing level, dominant hand, preferred side of the court, match statistics (matches played and wins), and a profile photo. All of this is optional.
Usage data — we store your learning path progress, drill session logs (including ratings), and the profile photo you choose to upload.
We do not collect data you have not actively provided. We do not access your contacts, calendar, microphone, or any device data other than your photo library, and only when you explicitly choose to upload a profile photo.
Your data is stored using Supabase, a cloud database platform. Data is held on servers located in the European Union (Ireland), within the AWS eu-west-1 region. Supabase is compliant with GDPR.
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt. We never store passwords in plain text, and we never have access to your password.
We access your device location only when you use the "find courts near me" feature and only if you grant permission at that point. Your location is sent to the Google Places API to return a list of nearby padel courts. We do not store your location data ourselves, and it is not used for any other purpose.
Paid subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple via in-app purchase. We never receive, see, or store your payment card details. Apple handles all billing in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Your subscription status is managed via RevenueCat, which receives your account ID and entitlement status to determine whether your account has an active subscription. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address, or payment details.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with anyone outside the list above.
We do not use third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar) and we do not use any advertising SDKs. We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing or advertising purposes.
Padel Stack is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at padelstack@gmail.com and we will delete the account promptly.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for longer.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or by email to the address associated with your account. The updated policy will take effect on the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
This privacy policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
