Padel Stack Premium is an auto-renewing subscription available at £4.99 per month or £39.99 per year.
An active Premium subscription gives you access to:
Free users retain access to a selection of introductory lessons at no cost.
You may use Padel Stack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the app in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its underlying systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any serious or repeated breach of these terms.
All training, exercise, strength and conditioning, and injury recovery content provided in Padel Stack is general guidance only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical assessment or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional — such as a physiotherapist, doctor, or sports medicine specialist — before beginning any exercise programme or acting on any injury recovery guidance, particularly if you are currently injured or have a pre-existing condition. Use of any content in the app is at your own risk.
Court listings and racket information available in the app are sourced from third parties and are provided in good faith for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee that this information is accurate, complete, or current. Court facilities, opening hours, and prices change, and racket specifications evolve. Always verify details directly with the venue or manufacturer before relying on them.
Padel Stack is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padel Stack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including but not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or physical injury. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for a subscription in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice or by email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
